I guess the timing could have been worse if they proceeded with their previous IPO dates, but if they pushed it back another year they'd perform far better.  

If you did run out of hot water, consider going up one size, if it will fit in the closet.In each size, the most common configuration is probably the tall and skinny one. 

I mean, it’s possible, but 99 times out of 100 the deal is too skinny.

Some of the best deals are small M&A deals though and those outnumber the headline-grabbing IPO deals by many multiples. 

By commercial standards lenders like to see net worth equal to the loan amount so by that he is a little skinny and the lender really is at fault for giving him that loan without additional credit and reserves.I am not faulting the guy but to expect the American dream to always go your way is unrealistic.

So when the market is skinny and deals are tough to find does that mean you’re gonna go wait on tables at a restaurant?

I think the deal is too skinny to do, but that is just my opinion.
