Your home is not an asset it is a liability - unless it is income producing for you. yeah you can get educated for free on you tube or wherever, teach yourself enough to hang yourself then what?

I agree with 100% with @Clayton SilvaA general tip: Spend time on income producing activities and ignore most of the rest. 

Nice visit to Missouri and the town of Herman, they are starting to really grow and produce some good juice!  

open houses are going to be very important to listing agents is my prediction.. no longer the bane of the top producing agents work week and sloughed off to beginner agents.

I used to attend all their webinars to learn about it and then opened my account once I changed employers, moved half my 401k and have purchased income producing real estate,  invested in a business, bought some land, and also now holding notes.
