Learn before you earn.Again, I am not trying to be “mean”, just keep in mind that you don’t know everything the seller is going through…from your side of the table this may look like an “easy deal” or a no brainer good deal the seller should jump on…seldom is this true.You probably won’t ever know what the seller is dealing with (could be multiple sellers, family issues, health problems with a loved one, and a hundred other things).

There is a hospital (First Health Moore Regional) near my location; I would think traveling nurses would want somewhere safe, quiet, and not too far away (easy drive) from the hospital they're working at.  

Open to ideas to differentiate with significant CAPEX and operating expense add like hot tub.   

Our shared backyard has a pool and hot tub. 

It entails verifying leases, contracts, and financial records in order to acquire a comprehensive picture of the property's financial health.

We are quite rural but I have had 2 health care pro's ask about a long winter rental.

I have federal health coverage so I will not be a part of the medicare program.

Unique amenities: Sauna, hot tub, game room options (even if just one!)
