Long story short - quitting your W2 makes does not make sense for 99.99% of people and likely never will Boom, great stuff.

This is what causes people to not call ever and to have friends fix stuff the wrong way.If they want something checked out and then it turns out to be fine, maybe then a service call would be warranted, but not every time especially when they are service issues that are on you.$250 a call for someone is insane.

@Fahima Hilal an architect usually only outlines mechanicals, plumbing & electrical on their blueprints.Your contracts should be creating appropriate drawings showing where their stuff would go and submit to city with their permit application.

That can be risky--- I have heard of landlords doing a "trial 3month lease" or "trial 6month lease" instead of a year, but then there stuff is in there--- not sure what they do then.

The functionalities are kinda similar but baselane has more stuff built in so it’s easier to accomplish more within the platform.

It just helps me sort out all the stuff that definitely won't work.

This kind of stuff should only happen when you self-manage (or maybe hire someone who’s primarily a real estate agent not an PM.) and would be a good example of why I don’t.
