Seeking value add multifamily opportunities in and around Appleton, Milwaukee, Green Bay, Sheboygan, Fond du Lac WI.We are currently funded for up to a $1.5 Million investment but also have other investors available  for the right deal.Ideally, this is a single building or at least contiguous buildings for a single loan. 

Seems like still a great time to get in – I'm really fond of the entire area and can't wait to get back over there.

Getting LLC might be enough for first  property and I wouldn’t complicate things with land trust as not all state are fond of land trust. 

I am personally fond of the house hack/BRRR strategy for the duplex as it minimizes your monthly expenses which will help you save more money per month going forward to put towards your next deal(s.)

I personally am not fond of military bases.

My Grandparents lived right off of North Ave pretty close to Brookfield and my relatives live out in Pewaukee and Nobobin  (sic)   go back for state fair.. every few years  lots of fond memories.. my Grandfather was a bus driver so I would ride with him on his routes.. that was the 60s some pretty wild times in between the riots etc.   

The state in my opinion is not fond of those who break leases.   

(BTW, I look back fondly at my time in college; what bothers me is the ludicrous increase in costs without a similar increase in student value. 

The tenant has expressed her fondness for the place unfortunately and wants to try and press me for timelines and her desire to move back in.
