We're seeing historically insulated submarkets to new construction get effected because of how much there has been as a percentage of existing stock.

Some Excel files that my 15yo daughter could have done a better job putting together and when we ask questions we are given the shuffle around, no one … and I mean NO ONE will give us a straight answer … I feel like we have just been sucked into the 2020's version of a new age cult!

Although I could do the same on Excel but the interface, saving deals and most importantly the search function seems nice.

If the property meets your financial and lifestyle goals, it could be an excellent first house hack, but be cautious with the risks and have a contingency plan.Good luck!
