For those payments, do you ask the seller to forward them on to you, endorsed over to new owner, return to tenant, etc?

@Rhondalette W. perfectly normal, and in fact, many insurance policies have this endorsement built into their policies, which reads as "Automatic Additional Insured" for PMs.

Now, DCRA has taken over to create a rulemaking process/procedure from which they can issue the brand new BBL endorsements for STRs.

Also a concept which I very much endorse. 

Besides the glowing self- endorsements on its website, I can't seem to track down any information about whether or not their lists have good data.

-Joe Joe, you will only be able to purchase one policy to cover the Structure, either a Landlord or Homeowners policy.If you place the title in the LLC, you would purchase a Landlord policy and a Renters policy for the unit you would occupy.If the property stays in your personal name, you would simply get a Homeowners policy with a Landlord endorsement to cover the Liability on the rented unit.

Google "HUD 203k endorsement list" and you can find a list of all the FHA approved banks who closed 203k loans (and how many ytd) in the previous month and historically back for years.

Not sure about rules on endorsement here, but we use Bloom Insurance in Roswell, GA.
