How will the fed planning to embrace inflation affect my plan to cash out refi?

There are two (relevant) types of companies in a given market: 1) the ones who have embraced technological advances and are using automations and systems to update all parties live or close to it and 2) the ones that are aware and may be trying but it's not built yet. 

For a guy like myself who is still working on embracing working my butt off, and who is often already working my butt off at my full-time or more salaried work, I dont need the added workload, pressure or stress of being in a market where good deals are hard to find and harder to close.So I chose to go to an area where good deals are common, and GREAT deals are hard to find, but available.

It is something I embrace and crave more of.

@Ryan Stahr,This old investor does not agree with most of the "numbers" methods used and embraced by many on this blog.

If so, I would not recommend you utilize all the funds in your SDIRA, only the funds that you need to close the loan (embrace leverage).

But now I am fully embracing the concept and looking to do as much as I can coupled with real estate investing.

Saying that you can ignore DF if you do less than 5 or 3 or follow 8 underwriting aspects is not the whole story nor are qualified mortgages necessarily embracing individual investors selling with seller financing, lumping them into the classification as a "Lender".
