Rather than spending time finding and closing real estate deals - I have to set aside blocks in my day to perform detective work because Marcus Mullings made a conscious and premeditated decision to cheat me out of thousands of dollars.

If you do like your job, then I'd look into syndication or note investing as you realistically don't have that much time to dedicate to doing anything active.I have made the conscious decision to focus less on upward mobility at my company so that I can dedicate my time and energies to building cash flow so that I can live the life that I want.

Most millennials are more socially conscious, and amazing with new technology, etc.You are absolutely correct that you are as experienced and emotionally stable as most your age, but don't forget that you don't know what you don't know.
