I will do the finishing myself but I’m asking for foundation, plumbing, electrical, framing and drywall.

There are critical items such as -Plumbing, HVAC, electrical items, roof repairs, appliance repairs- that you want extremely competent professionals to handle to ensure that you the PM and owner avoid liability and to ensure you aren't shelling money out again for the same issue because you were being cheap the first time.  

The GC hired an electrician for a complete house re-wire and a plumber for a complete house re-plumb.

After seeing a bad review I left, they tried to get the post removed by reporting it; call me; and then eventually removed the plumbing bill after getting negative publicity.

My agent has asked the seller to take care of some of the work and she has agreed to the plumbing, so maybe 7500 of the additional work to be done.  

Those W/H are old and don't work great. so to get increased rent, I am thinking plumbing of tankless in each unit.

towel bar bracing, door stoppers, easier to access and adjust plumbing, will all make long term rentals easier.Best of Luck!

Anyone have any insight into how much a strong dollar would affect the domestic travel?

Have a 1960s 30 unit single story motel where we are coming up on some end of life issues: the cast iron plumbing is disintegrating underneath bathrooms, radiators are starting to leak, electrical is in poor condition, and just today, discovered significant termite damage affecting multiple rooms.
