Appreciate any assistance here because our respective accountants disagree and the partner's taxes were already filed. 

I'd need to have gone through three agents, speak with at least two local investors, and have an ongoing BP thread going w/ numerous input for that to happen.....Again, i'm urging from you some ownership here--- but it seems we will agree to disagree.  

Hey @Lyle Cooper - I don't think there's any legal precedence to disagreeing with *how* the rent is split up HOWEVER you could point out that if there is one main tenant in the lease and the other tenants are sub-tenants under the main tenant - then all payments have to come from the main lessee. 

I disagree; you can't be a jack-of-all-trades.

@Sebastian Papworth yes we agree on certain things and disagree on others and it’s healthy.
