I guess it's just too many factors to consider and it easy to get overwhelmed and cannot get accurate info and estimation when I conduct analysis (ex. property tax rate, insurance, maintenance fee, rent, repair, closing cost, etc.) 

@Huggy Ford, I would be interested in running an analysis of need to know what's in the highest demand for that location.

I think a return on invested equity analysis outlining a few scenarios with my models would answer your questions.
