Hi Alex,Good Job on the Flip.And you're a talented decorator too...A couple of (3) questions (if you know):[1] Who was your buyer; an investor or someone who will live in the home.[2] If someone who will live in the home what's the aprox. age(s) and job(s) of the couple--(if a couple).[3] I like the shower, it's nice looking, is it a steam room too?

Special touches include hardwood floors, arched doorways, decorative molding, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances.

It means you spend money to replace their free stuff, but the end result is the same, just with your decor.

Last , if you get to the point of owning something you decorate the same way you would decorate your house . short-term rentals are not like long-term rentals when someone comes into your cabin they want to know they're in the Catskills so you'll decorate it nicely then the photographs will pop!

We will be going back up after this visit in order to take down all the Christmas decorations in early January.  

Again...I'm a total newb and I can decorate these units better than I can do the math on investing in them- HA!

I decorate them like Hugh Hefner's mansion. 

So if you don't like something they do (noise, decorations, smell), you are hyperaware of it.

If you asked her to stop and she has, then you are done.Consider adding a clause to your lease that says tenants cannot store items, decorate, add air fresheners, or do anything else in the common areas.
