It runs background checks, credit reports, eviction/criminal reports, template leases, a Docusign-like program to sign lease agreements, rent collection, tax consolidation for EOY tax time, etc. 

In fact, they should be reported to the authorities for what I consider criminal behavior and at minimum for bait and switch practices and failure to properly disclose.

If you invest in an area with local officials who think criminals are victims of society, you can't expect much help from the government.

Just read all of the comments on their posts and you will soon realize that they are criminals,.

This is akin to saying, "any attorney can handle your criminal trial.

Whatever investment you want to make I strongly believe it would be maximized by using life insurance because it is shielded from lawsuits or bankruptcy.This sounds totally unethical and borderline criminal.
