It took some calming him down and producing the disclosures he signed and convincing him not to contact his lender, to cool the issue.

I strongly feel a bank would be cool using an escrow account for verification of funds.

I cooled off (they cannot post or interact on the forums) one of these folks last week for 30 days, and I believe that Noah and Mindy have given feedback.

There was so much promised in that webinar, including a better price and much more than one would normally get for that price, but each time I try to do what they were showing that was so cool (and it DOES have cool capabilities) - it's an add-on.  

For the most part, this will only keep the bedroom cool but it is better than nothing. 90% of the time the tenants are very appreciative. 

As a Banker I have watched the housing market cool off Nationwide and rates come down.

That's super cool to be able to witness and support such a milestone. 

I’m doing one now where cash flow supports 80% and a 20% seller carry and my bank is cool with it (but that’s not the norm!)
