i've been listening to a lot of Jason Hartman and while I don't agree with him on everything I've been getting a lot out of his content - he talks about demographic changes, the inventory shortage, rates, unemployment, all this stuff.i was thinking, if they can launch that crypto ETF I might put $1000 into it. 

I started on my own and learned everything by asking more experienced mentors and modeling my practices after them with trial and error.I would also network with other small business owners in your area as they understand business and will help you if you go out of your way to help them.Additionally, I would start writing content or creating videos about real estate in your area so people can see that you are a subject area expert and over time they will decide to work with you.

I've enjoyed his content and practical advice - can anyone share their experience with his course? 

My contention was that the entire housing market will just end up shrinking.

Ive personally found the CI site to be not only slow (as in page refresh times), but borderline hokey in the content... it just has the look-feel of something that isnt quite right.

They have a free Facebook group you can join too and they give a lot of content in there for free.Hope that helps.
