@Alec Barnes one of the problems with communication is the different expectations.Agents and consumers all think PMCs should be available 24/7.NOT POSSIBLE for the relatively small monthly fees owners pay PMCs versus the thousands of dollars of commissions agents get per transaction.So, while agents may answer their phones 24/7, most PMCs do not.

It is an interesting time obviously with an election and rates coming down and potentially a good amount of inventory being built but as the fall and winter come fewer people who put existing homes on the market which reduces competition for those first-time home buyers.

Yes, insurance all over is going up, especially in FL with hurricanes and CA with fires which will have an effect here and other places.I was thinking that, if a lot of homes were damaged, there would be fewer undamaged ones to choose from, and greater demand, causing prices to rise.
