We have pictures hanging in every room, towels on towel hangars, tp, soap dishes, silk flowers in the kitchen and bathrooms, plug in scents on super low, etc, etc, etc... 

"What am I going to do, sit at home and watch novelas (soap operas)?"  

They comprise of three studios, four 1/1 and six 2/1.  

I have a staff comprising of 2 VAs (one in India and another in the Philippines), 2 full time Property Analysts, 1 full time sales guy, 2 real estate agents - and that's just for our wholesaling business.

Translated to English, it is Acquisitive Prescription, so AP, but not Adverse Possession ;-)

I've been utilizing yellow letters and an MLS-generated list comprised strictly of pre foreclosed single family homes (active's, non sale, expired's, cancelled's) in San Diego, California as my main source of leads in this 2nd yellow letter campaign.

Two problems we've had with acrylic that were combined with the tub surround... tenant burning tea light candles on the soap dish burned a hole in the surround and another tenant couple (both overweight) who enjoy taking showers together caused the tub and surround to flex so it became detached from the wall.

Our biggest problem is not finding a list, but rather one comprised of our target audience.
