I had 3 different electricians comb through the house electrical grid and they couldn't find anything wrong.  

@Anthony Patton if th,re was a state that was better for OTC tax deeds, then everyone would go there and comb through the liens and it would no longer be a good state for OTC.

But, I want to be able to have a quickway to have a "dashboard call" with my property manager without having to comb through all of the reports or the P&Ls from Quickbooks.Does anyone use anything like this or have any suggestions?

The reality about fix and Flips is that there is SO much information out there on how to do it that you really just have to comb through it all and see what works for you.
