Been a roller coaster lately.

Everything in the picture below is moldy and about to disintegrate.Oh and there is a partially abandoned moldy weed growCombine all that with the roller coaster floors and basically everything else...should be a fun one.

It's not easy at times on the investor roller coaster adventure. 

Also I accidentally indicated PB but the family duplex is in MB (2 blocks north of the roller coaster).  

Sure, you could hit something right away, but chances are, even with a quick hit, deals fall out, delays happen--expect the unexpected.Lastly, stay off the emotional roller coaster. 

In the next 12-36 months it is going to be a roller coaster, so it is important to have a lending partner that you can rely on to be at the table when it is time to close. 

@Kyle Jones its a roller coaster of emotions from being nervous to excited and it does feel amazing!

Vs investing in say Index funds they go up and down like a roller coaster and you get no monthly dividend.  

Pricing on treasury's has somewhat "stabilized" for the moment after the roller coaster ride so maybe it will stay cheap for a while. 

@Miranda Simon,Just remember-- real estate is like a roller coaster.. some months will be amazing, easy and very low stress..
