Inflation might cause prices to spike but some taxing bodies might not need to raise taxes for MANY reasons.

My biggest concern though with the Townhomes was about if they have challenges with renting out or if comps are done for similar br/ba/sqft or if the actual townhome “neighborhood” has more weight than it may for SFH when doing analysis.
