One of my attorneys just sent me a bill reminder a couple of weeks ago for a fee I had already paid back in June/July, which never went through, and that I sent again in August. 

You can bill back to the tenant if they caused them, but they have placed the responsibility on the LL because they're trying to curb the spread and know the property owner is more likely to manage that than a tenant especially in a MFR situation.

@Sebastian Tamburro you're going to get advice/offers from numerous people trying to profit off you - be careful!

This money is sent to a company that acts as the custodian and makes sure all the tenants bills are paid on time.

And my rentals there are cash flowing nice, but it's taking some time to getting it occupied, and I also found out that I need to make sure that the tenant is paying for the water, because the water bills are really high over there.I will keep you all posted along my journey, and I hope I could help you friends.

They would have to foot the bill and also pay for the removal (up front) - because maybe they will work the disposal correctly, but there will be a next tenant - so that decision could have expensive consequences for them.When you present them with the true cost of install and removal, it may not be that important anymore..

Prior to these neighbors, the unit above was occupied, and we never experienced any problems.We’ve spoken to management multiple times, but they’ve been completely unhelpful and have taken no meaningful action and even told us that we are making the noise up, inspite security having been to our apartment numerous times wittnessing the noise. 

Therefore Bill & Jane's vacation house in the Hamptoms or the ABC Company tenant 10,000 SF commercial build out is ahead of your development.Robert- If you do have the correct Architect for your project, then the problem is: they aren't incentivized to change anything.
