I believe your loan could get called if you transfer ownership to an LLC without consent of the lender, especially a brand new LLC that does not have two years of tax returns.

It has been bad for the general US populace and good for a select elite group of US and international business interests who now seek to manipulate the masses to believe ending it will be bad for them, the people.Balance is what needs to be restored and the tool as old as the nation to do such is tariffs.

If you purchase a rent ready RE investment this could be 0%, but at the opposite extreme a good brrrr can produce the now elusive infinite return (I have achieved this on most of my RE investments but believe it is very challenging in the current market to bp not be cash negative after the refi to extract the added value.I expect to make an offer this week.
