Needed two new bathtubs and replaced all carpet with vinyl flooring because I wanted to rent to people with pets (major shortage of pet friendly apartment opportunity).

I bought all materials.1 - 10'x6' shower remodeling (remove old bath tub, toilette and vanity) , replace door and vanity. install Vinyl with molding and paint 2-  19'x11' room:  install vinyl, molding, replace closet door and room door paint3- 19'x13' room:  install vinyl, molding, replace closet door and room door, paint4- Kitchen: 6'x10' patch walls, floor with vinyl, install cabinet, paint5- living and dinning room: 19' x 23', install vinyl , molding and paint I really appreciate your feedback.Thanks,

Old bathtub and old water heater that I plan to replace.I plan to buy with cash and get a delayed mortgage.

We put up a wall, new kitchen tile flooring, new closet in one of the bedrooms, painted the 3-bedroom apartment, installed sliding doors in the bathtub, and painted the front and back entrance hallways.

I'm redoing my bathroom for my rental property and my contractor say he can install either one at no additional charge.  In your opinion which one one would you choose and why?  

Then if the tenant would use a shower curtain there would be no drywall damage by the bathtub   All of those I have to pay for to clean or repair  I  feel like I’m being taken advantage of 

What would be a ballpark figure in your mind to have a tub installed? I live in Lehi, Utah. I have already purchased the tub, already dug out the concrete around the drain, already demo all the walls, etc.

Companies like bath tub refinishers may do the job.
