Just joined the family here at biggerpockets,Looking to just get my feet wet and start out with baby steps.Maybe try my hands at wholesaling mobile homes.Whats your though on this way to jump in feet first?

Buy a targeted mail list of baby boomer home owners in your area that are in their 60s and 70s and do a direct mailing to seniors in the area, promoting your community and/or invite them to an event at your facility.

I love animals, but I see it a lot where someone starts off with two dogs or cats and a year later, they have 40 because they can't find anyone to take the babies or afford to fix them all, so they start inbreeding and then it just gets out of control.

One thing that I haven't seen anybody mention is that the actual millennial generation is substantially smaller than the baby boomer generation is I watched a YouTube video making the argument that it wasn't millennials refusing to buy houses that was going to be a future problem for speculation builds but the fact that they're just weren't as many millennials available to buy or rent at all.

Long term with baby boomers a majority of net migration is moving to warm belt states.Memphis Invest also does Dallas Invest I think.

Paid house off in 5 years and with a new baby decided wife and I needed better schools/bigger house.  

I hear plenty of stories of greedy rich people and their spoiled trust fund babies.
