In the last few month we had 2 visits of officers from the Special Enforcement office, the first time I spoke with them they said they were just trying to see the airbnb listing to make sure it was in compliance with their requirements, I had guests in the room and I didn't let them in.

The only thing that saved me was the evidence, which overwhelmingly showed she was bat-$hit crazy and that I had never contacted her or visited her property.

When I first visited I was surprised at how undeveloped it was.

We did visit Boise earlier this year (its driving distance from my inlaws which makes it nice) and really liked it there too.

She had too many belongings and it is really hard to quantify clutter much less cleanliness.This to say that one deep cleaning may help get them on track, on-going visits may be successful, or you may need different tenants because a lot of people don't know how to clean.

So recently my boyfriend/fiance I call him both was not living with me fully just staying every now and then and came over to visit a lot .

I wanted to have a spot to rent out and cover the monthly mortgage payments while securing a small spot to have for myself in the next 30 years for when I no longer reside in Charlotte but want to visit friends, or downsize.

I haven't found that to make a difference and most everyone will visit CL at some point in their search.I also have gotten many of my tenants from referrals from current residents who were living there at the time. 

When you research a market, does anyone strictly use reventure.app or propstream, or is it still important to visit websites that show things like population growth, crime rate, unemployment rate, etc.
