I help with guests' communication, responding to inquiries, writing reviews, coordinating guests' check-in and check-out, and arranging cleaners for turnovers at far much lower prices.I'm new on Biggerpockets but I have experience working as a virtual co-host and I presently help to manage 2 properties in Atlanta, and they are doing great.

Anybody have experience with a service like this or other co-buying arrangements?

Rent has been steady, no memorable issues we couldn't solve and continue the arrangement. 

After that I always cover that tenants will have to work with vendors for repairs and if they can't accept someone in their absence they have to arrange their schedule to meet the vendors, not the other way around.

Maybe she just wasn't the right fit but it makes sense to me why a lot of long term tenants might not like the arrangement.
