You don't want to run afoul of non-discrimination laws.Good rental criteria requires all adults (18 and older) who will be residing in the unit to apply, pass the screening process, and be listed on the rental agreement as jointly and severally liable.

It’s admirable to homeschool the kids and stay at home with them but If you are only going to have one employed adult they need to increase the household income dramatically especially for where you live .

There is a lot of suburban growth away from the casinos.Plus, the strip is still the most significant concentration of consistent adult stupidity/debauchery, etc in America, a close second would be Bourbon Street, followed by maybe Miami Beach Ocean Drive.

I want to invest in a multi family property but am hesitant to do so considering New Jersey is very expensive, I am a young female (this may be a problem when dealing with renters) and my future is very much so undetermined as I am just starting out in the "adult world."

Lots of cars and trucks parked on the road.If you are the type of operator who notices this in tough times and wants to vet everyone and get pet rental $$$, these maga-families might move to a cheaper, easier abode.I've seen 14 related adults (over 18) in a 2 bedroom apartment (they thought secretly) only one working the rest looking for work.My thoughts are "Flexibility" as an owner in "Tough Times" might help with keeping the rental vs losing it to the bank (like happens to so many during these times).Just my 2 cents.
