It is $10 per booking to insure against $500-$5M in accidental or intentional guest damages.  

Will the inspector or the courts eventually come after me and press criminal charges?

I spoke to a real estate agent and he said I would be hard pressed to find a property in that price range in a good neighborhood and that the Temple/Killeen area would be a better place for me to look.

@Brandon G. well, I'll tell you that you'll be hard pressed to find a lender who will allow non-traditional credit on FHA.
