Any insights you could share on this would be greatly appreciated. all markets are unique.. we have one in Vegas FMR is 2200 or so.. furnished we get 3900 . minus utls.

New to RE investing , can I claim taxes fees on RE mentor/coaching, including Real-Estate software system package as RE start up Business cost? 

Over the years I have been a property manager, portfolio builder to 14M, coach and real estate broker/team leader.

Vegas is not that old, so I imagine the buyer has options.

I am based in Las Vegas and looking to purchase a home by the end of the year.

However I hear next year is Vegas and since we have a home there we would only need a ticket to get in can we take a rain check for that one :)

All of them who have gone on to do more and bigger deals have started our with a real estate trainer/coach.
