They get good rents and responsible people and the appreciation.I've read of a person that buys large luxury properties and then fills them with all the "toys" young adults want and then rents rooms at a premium.

I have a Nissan GT-R upgraded with 700 horsepower that will do over 200 miles per hour, among many other toys.

For instance your rent is X a month, but if you're willing to do certain repairs yourself then I'll lower the rent to Y.

I've been toying with the idea of getting into the real estate business for years now.  

& the place next door has toys, trash cans, bikes, strollers, etc. scattered all over the yard.

We have toyed with the idea of saving longer and buying the condo with cash or just getting a mortgage now while deals and interest rates are good.
