You will still need to cut your walls by hand at the trim and ceiling but whole process is much faster then hand doing everything.Tip someone gave about back rolling is a must too, gives a better finished look and allows for touch ups.

It did include trimout which is sealing the connection, covering the seams with sheetrock or trim and touchup painting and 60 days habitability on the systems.Site preparation It is much easier to install a MH on a relatively level area.

As for the property, it's a decent home but needs some cosmetic upgrades - paint, carpeting, touch up a few small holes in the interior, replace the screen doors, and replace the tile flooring.

i would say that there are MANY that are clueless. fine, no argument there.but also take into consideration that there are ALOT of "investors" out there who think if they put up a wall, throw in a closet and touch up here and there they can sell a property for a million bucks...and they're losing their A** right now.

@David SissonDon't mind doing insulation if the wall is already opened up but haven't tried renting a machine to blow it yet and I am not even sure if it would be worth doing that myself.I'll usually touch up paint myself or paint a few rooms which is usually enough to get by with my rentals.

They okayed the repairs and when I got there after settlement I found them okay except that they only did some touch up of the insulation.
