I just put a call to them on Friday to talk about a refinance of my properties.  

To touch on your 2 option, I called my lender (Navient) last Friday and found out I can't refinance because according to them I make too much money.

I am closing on a rental in Pensacola this Friday 9/8 because I bound the insurance policy at the end of last week. 

For example:If rent is $1000/mo -- the tenant will pay $12,000/yearIf rent payments pulled from their paycheck are 25% of that monthly amount, it would mean they pay $250 every Friday (let's assume that is payday).

I'd take a Friday off, and schedule a few in face interviews with new PMs and move everything over. 

We are scheduled to close on Friday but have been under contract for 6 weeks while I completed my rehab.
