Yes I own Sorrento properties in one of the rental properties that I have I'm interested in renting it out as midterm rental to traveling professionals as well as traveling nurses since this unit is right next door to sunrise and medical offices all throughout the surrounding area.

Those recently built homes start to lose value because the comparable sales surrounding them that are "Not" new builds and are selling for less causing a standstill on those new homes.

Before looking to buy a center check who the owner of the center is and inquire with surrounding attorneys about their dealings ( on the streets ).
