The Kansas property has been slow because contractors scatter and property managers don't bother calling me back. 

U clean one area up .. they scatter with the wind and then just land and germinate on someone else's property.. this last week I was out working on a 10 acre tract we have that is pretty rural.. and we were doing some major bush whacking with a excavator so we could get our surveyors in there. 

There is a a whole heaping mess of mom and pop 2-4 unit properties scattered all over the city.

That's not to say there aren't a few duplexes scattered around in the more desirable areas (Fountain Square and Bates Hendricks, for example).
