@Matthew Maggy,We had a tenant apply for the rent relief program in  mid-January, and   we didn't get a check until the end of April.     

Hoping for some relief in the fall and next year, hoping anyways.

I'm dealing with someone who refuses to communicate and if I go over and ask questions accuses me of harassment, so there is no chance of working together to obtain government relief of some kind.
