I've been running the numbers on different properties using a variety of online calculators for properties that I initially thought looked like there may be potential.

The County is holding what will be their second public meeting on the topic this Monday, from 5:30PM until 7:30PM at AB Tech (and online). 

One tip is to start looking into meetups to connect with investors / others in the REI game (in person/online).

@Scott Trench   ​    I saw that as well online - 90 day moratorium - basicaly no unsolicitied offers to homeowners impacted in specific zip codes.

It will be easy for you to check if they paid on time, as you can check instantly online.

You should be able to send it to the court clerk with the case number (you should be able to find it online or call the court).
