I believe it will get worse, but I don't believe it will effect as much as one may think for Real Estate investors or investors in rentals.Even with Obama Care, those who had the means, could and did get the better care.In rental housing it will be the same.

The governments plan is to raise the Flood Insurance ten percent a year until you are paying tens of thousands a year, just like Obama Care.

In my past experience,  [I refer as traditional times] when a RATE LOCK was included and a termination date for the Rate Lock determined the  length of time ...now banks have so many reasons [excuses established by Obama government]  they can almost use whatever is to their benefit...

However, I hear this morning Obama has decreased the PMI and the upfront fees on FHA to compete with Fannie's new 97% loan.

I'm constantly surprised by people that believe they are paying a higher price for health insurance, because of "obamacare", despite the fact the rates they are comparing are completely unrelated it Obama's health insurance programs.....If you're upset your health insurance costs a lot, you're in good company.
