We're living in NoVA, taking a look at Baltimore for a wholesale and rehab market, and have buy and hold investment properties in PA.

About a year ago I purchased a duplex penthouse apartment on a luxury golf estate near Mar Menor in Spain.

I sort of fell into real estate when I bought my first house in 2005 at 22 in Baltimore, moved 2 years later down here to NOVA and then realized I hated renting and bought a 2nd house down here.

I don't expect this anecdote to resonate with anyone who hasn't dealt with NoVA traffic or seen the Eastern panhandle of WV.

It does have a longer season, though Dec to Mar is the high season.

This price point is the bottom of the Denver market so it should move very fast but you will be marketing it in Jan, Feb and Mar (slow times) and the lending criteria is changing in January.

Duplexes in Nova are hard to come by, from what I understand.

There are plenty of folks from NoVa around the site.
