They don't realize how much that it makes them sound like a one percenter, that whole attitude of "Nobody is to be trusted unless I have known them for years or they are putting money in, I will only trust you if you don't need my money but ask me to finance you anyways".Good on you I have not shared this on Bigger Pockets but I have actually wholesaled 2 properties over the summer here in Montreal, Canada for a total of 26k assignment fees, another one worth 15k is waiting on some title issues to be cleared and I also just closed on two no money down sub 2 deals that will be make between 80 and 200k profit once they are resold.I have the aforementioned naysayers telling me that that sort of thing couldn't be done to thank for giving me the motivation to prove them wrong and succeed :)

Hi AllI'm new to this forum and trying to get some information about short term rental market in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec.Plan is to buy a land within 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant ski resort and build a high end contemporary two bedroom cottage to rent it short term on platforms such as Airbnb.I'm not from Canada and never been to Montreal, I'll travel to Montreal end of this month to choose a land.I did my research, had a look at lands on realtor.com and I found big variation in prices (acre from 40k to 1 million), were obviously lake front, those where short term rental allowed and lands closer to the ski resort are the expensive ones but I think there're other justifications for the big variation in price which I'm not aware of.
