Hi , I knew nothing about real estate but that did'nt stop me to get into it , I'm independent too and a self learner but was always wise to reach out to mentors to get my real estate deals going.

It's what your comfortable with , in my case I'm a self learner or self taught , I just jump in the pool and swim and learn as I go , that's why I'm a great musician and in the entertainment biz  Many people are terrfied to do it this way but the benifets are that you can accomplish your goals extremly fast I just started in real estate in the summer and did'nt have a clue about the buisness and now 4 months later I'm about to close my first apartment deal with a partner in NYC.

I'm a passionate learner so I wanted to start as early as possible being 21!

I'm smart, a quick-learner and really good at research, finding deals and am very good at design and spacial planning.

I am more of a visual learner and the course itself was awesome. 

We are all learners here.

But is hard for me to fully understand it because im also a more hands on learner.

I have been reading a lot of forums and articles on BP but I am a very hands on learner and anxious to get my first deal done ASAP.

It just depends what type of learner you are. 

I will say that the course they offer is not very interactive and is very heavy on reading, if you are that type of learner then its perfect.
