Before I owned it, I visited the house and the "Elder" condoned and encouraged the 7 other family members deviant behavior.

Insane.Personally that kind of rule alone would make me avoid the area completely.

This jumps out to me as lowest risk, greatest scalability in shortest time, making it most viable to achieve the kind of income sought. 

A lot of Jacksonville always seems kind of down and dirty then, but alot of that has probably changed over the last few years with the influx of buyers from elsewhere. 

So this is some kind of communal organization - there is a "mentor" at the top, and a bunch of "mentees" who do work for each other/for the mentor.Hopefully the asset is all in your name and your name only. 

All kinds of restrictions on selling, moving and financing.
