There is metered parking around the court house but just like in any metropolis city parking is a little more expensive, but I’m used to New York prices so everything outside of New York looks like a Groupon Deal to me.

I am still working on what options for finding said wholesale deal I want to pursue but so far driving for dollars and keeping an eye on the MLS and having a realtor who works with investors set up a search for me on distressed and foreclosed homes in the Waukesha, Jefferson, and Milwaukee counties.

The Fortune 500 base that used to be here is decreasing at a strong base.There was even an announcement this week that Coleman is moving their corporate headquarters from Jefferson County to Chicago.Aside from BP (British Petroleum not Bigger Pockets) announcing they're moving their Americas operation to Denver, I haven't heard of ANY positive news affecting jobs at all.On Fridays, I stop at Home Depot (either on Belleview and Federal or on Santa Fe and I-25) to buy supplies for work I'm doing on weekends.
