Not much advise on getting the Air-BnB started, but there website is pretty helpful, and there are tons of AirBnB pros on Instagram.  

Outside of connecting here with owners on BP, I would suggest really push your content via social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) to build traction and a following.

It's extremely easy to search and apply on the tenant-side, which might be why we received so many applications so quickly.As a marketer by trade, we did not do social ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for our rentals because I wanted to focus our limited budget on people who were active in their search for rentals (e.g. on Zillow, Craigslist, etc.).

Be sure to provide clear, concise descriptions of the property, including details about each room, and include quality photos.Use social media: You can also advertise your rental listing on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

You can upload to Flickr, Instagram, Facebook, or any of hundreds of image sites and then use the IMG /IMG tags around the URL of the pic.I hope to get a new image storage app added to the site in the coming months.

I believe Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and whatever other platforms people use are all valuable tools when used correctly, but how many times have you found yourself scrolling through your feed for 20 minutes in the bathroom?

Facebook, twitter, instagram are all free and easy ways of getting the news out there you are working in real estate. 

I could sit here all day long and type out many reasons why should be on Facebook and Instagram but I'll save you the reading--as Nike says... just do it!
