Did you know that Steve Jobs dropped out of Harvard, partnered up with his buddy Steve Wozniak and they ventured out on their own.

There are HUD sites, ALTA, NAR, Appraisal  Institute sites, university sites giving basic RE information, Harvard` Law Review is a great lurking site, you can hit Yale, USC, Northwestern and other great schools.

Most hedge funds and private equity companies are staffed solely by Harvard MBAs and Ivy Leaguers, whereas Larry Fink has sought to create a company culture that emphasizes diverse opinions, and performance and merit over prestigious degrees.

the schools better have their graduates ready for Harvard or MIT. 

(for some reason, Harvard and news outlets cant make up their mind if my age bracket falls into generation Y or the millennial, im 30 yrs old)But I have some additional reasons as why I didn't and still haven't made the leap to home and investment ownership. 

If you go into a planning and zoning hearing it won't matter one bit if you went to Harvard or if you went to night school at some state school.

You would have a better probability (still remote) accumulating that much wealth being a Stanford MBA and working in Silicon Valley or being a Harvard MBA working in PE or a hedge fund.

Hmmm...how about becoming a Harvard Professor...is that enough success for you?

In my own family, with Harvard and Stanford grads, NYU grads and law school grads, I can confirm that education does NOT correlate with who will be a good tenant and or who has good financial sense....or any sense at all
