I would suspect Salt Lake City has no shortage of qualified civil structural engineers if you Google it.

You should take what i say witha grain of salt, and always consult a lawyer about such matters.

Any attorney worth their salt would cost you more than the cost to refi if you chose to litigate this roof issue and I doubt you have a slam dunk case.

"Grading" is very subjective, so always take it with a grain of salt (especially if a seller/wholesaler is the one telling you the grade).
