@Susan Tan I’ve heard on the BP podcast that to get those expenses you can call the local utility offices to get ranges.

@Duy NguyenWe did a house that sat for close to that, but it was right on the edge of what was even possible (feasible), and had numerous structure issues.Many times you can do it if you take it nearly down to the studs, and prepare yourself for some structural projects.

The main problems (3 major ones) you will run into will be the high cost of material & labor (be very choosing with your next handy guy or contractor-they an either make you or break you), people breaking into your home (get tan alarm system for SURE!!
