The baseball season lasts 6-7 months, and I am given free housing during this time, wherever I am currently assigned to play.

Purchase price: $450,000 We bought this park for $450k.

This means you must always be able to rent out your properties at faster than inflation rents.

This, to me, seems impractical, and a PR nightmare.

You'd want to work with the REIT sponsor and your CPA to understand the expected timeline for this a bit more.
