Sure you can get relatively cheap properties in Toledo and Cleveland, but at today's interest rates they'll be difficult to cash flow despite what your analysis shows on paper.

I'd say all the stats are similar from Cincy, Columbus, and Cleveland EXCEPT we are a lower cost of entry by $36k(cincy)-63K(columbus)!

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).
