Didn't realize that the microhood was a vent hood, but unfortunately, it's recirculating until I and my saw come back over Christmas. lol.Other culprit is probably going to be a bag of potatoes or onions stuffed in the back of a cabinet.

One thing we do is send them a Christmas card with a gift card for a nice dinner for the family.

Markets have calmed down, more houses are being listed as we go into Fall and Christmas things will level a bit towards your side.

I didn't have time to install some when I was there over the summer, but I'm going to do it over Christmas, and also hack at the air balance issues so that this doesn't keep happening.

Personally, I'll be looking for deals between Thanksgiving and Christmas when people are moving because they have to and not because they want to and there are fewer potential buyers to compete with.
